  • SuperForm is chosen for its unmatched strength, fire resistance, and noise reduction, while providing superior comfort, low maintenance, and exceptional disaster resilience. Its innovative design combines reinforced concrete and EPS foam to deliver long-lasting performance.

  • SuperForm ICF contributes to sustainable building. It reduces energy use, limits construction waste, and the EPS foam contains recycled materials and emits no CFCs, HCFCs, or VOCs. Combined with durability, ICF homes have a smaller environmental footprint over their lifetime.

  • The initial cost of a SuperForm ICF home can be slightly higher than traditional wood-frame construction, but the long-term energy savings, durability, and reduced maintenance often offset the difference within a few years.

  • A SuperForm wall combines the resistance value of EPS foam (inside and out) and the thermal mass effect of the poured concrete, resulting in an R-value roughly double that of a conventional wall. For comparison, an average 2x6 wood-frame wall has an overall R-value of about R-14 when all headers, studs, and plates are included.

  • SuperForm recommends placing concrete in 4-foot lifts per hour, following ACI 318 standard practice. Experienced SuperForm installers routinely stack and pour up to 12 vertical feet, with some pours reaching 15 feet. For those without extensive experience, 8–10 vertical feet per pour is typical.ription

  • SuperForm walls can achieve up to a 4-hour fire rating, depending on wall assembly and finishes. The concrete core and non-combustible EPS foam provide superior fire protection compared to wood-frame walls.

  • SuperForm walls require very little maintenance. The concrete core does not rot, warp, or attract pests, and finished surfaces are maintained like any other home material.
