I worked for Browncroft Community Church as their Owners Representative on two projects : A facade, roof and classroom renovation project and Phase two a $5m sanctuary, lobby, fellowship hall and associated common spaces renovation. I participated in this function through design, budgeting, final design, bidding and construction. I coordinating with and on behalf of the church with the Design Team and Construction Manager. On both projects we held the project under budget and essentially on schedule. The project was a success for all involved.
